Majdoline has specialised in French property and related matters since 2005 and joined the firm's French property team in 2007. She is a bilingual French qualified Avocat. Majdoline acts for clients buying and selling property in France. She advises on contractual legal issues, on Purchase structures available, whether in joint names or through a corporate vehicle such as the SCI, on French inheritance issues and tax and on wealth and capital gains tax. She also assists with the administration of estates in France and drafts French wills. Majdoline co-presented a seminar to STEP in Cardiff in November 2007 on Buying Property in France and has authored French property articles. Majdoline is a member of the Franco-British Lawyers Society.
