John is a partner in the commercial property team. He qualified in 1983, joined the firm in 1986 and became a partner in 1989. He is recognised in The Legal 500 as a commercial property specialist and has extensive experience in acting for landlords, tenants, sellers and buyers of industrial, office, retail, agricultural and licensed premises. A significant proportion of his work is development-related, in particular, advising on the development of retail and industrial warehouse parks and medical centres, property joint ventures, landowners' collaboration agreements, complex long-term option and overage agreements and property-related funding agreements.
