Grainne joined our clinical negligence team as an associate in 2010. She is widely recognised as a leader in the clinical negligence field, with over 20 years' experience of advising claimants. Her particular areas of interest are birth injuries, inquests and cases against private hospitals where she has been involved in leading cases such as Khazar Iqbal v Whipps Cross University NHS Trust and Touche.
Chambers Guide to the UK Legal Profession describes Grainne as a 'charismatic, intelligent figure who works tirelessly to get the best results for claimants'. She is a member of the Law Society's clinical negligence panel and the Association of Personal Injury Lawyers and a panel solicitor for the charity Action against Medical Accidents (AvMA).
