Stephen Ralph, a consultant in Penningtons' commercial dispute resolution team, has been appointed to the Law Society's Panel of Arbitrators.
This significant accolade reflects Stephen's extensive experience in the commercial litigation field. He is both a licensed insolvency practitioner and a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators. Widely recognised as an expert in partnership law, Stephen has sat as an arbitrator on a number of professional partnership matters, the longest being a fully contested, three and a half week hearing with leading and junior counsel on behalf of the parties. He is listed in the new edition of The Legal 500 directory as a leading figure for contentious partnership issues and is also recognised by Chambers Guide to the UK Legal Profession and the Legal Experts directory.
Stephen's achievements in this area are integral to Penningtons' plans to develop its professional practices group in order to further build on the already established and widely respected regulation group.
