Penningtons employment partner Julian Yew, who specialises in the hotels and leisure sector, has been invited by the British Hospitality Association (BHA) to lead a webinar for members on The Agency Workers Regulations which come into force on 1 October. The webinar takes place on Tuesday 6 September at 3pm and aims to unravel the details of this important EU legislation, focusing on the legal framework behind the new law and its implications for hoteliers and restaurateurs as well as current challenges for Temporary Work Agencies (TWAs) and hirers.
Background information on the issues will be available in advance and those participating in the webinar will also be able to ask Julian questions online.
