Penningtons Solicitors LLP is pleased to announce that it has recruited Tim Randles to the employment team at its Godalming office. Tim joins from Laytons Solicitors in Guildford where he was head of employment and regulatory crime.
Tim has extensive experience in all aspects of contentious and non-contentious employment law for corporate clients, local authorities and individuals. He particularly specialises in supporting HR teams managing employment disputes and in advising senior executives. Tim also defends clients charged with regulatory criminal offences and handles trading standards, environmental and road transport issues. He has been listed by Chambers Guide to the UK Legal Profession as a leading lawyer in the regulatory field and a notable practitioner in employment law.
In his role at Penningtons, where he has been appointed an associate, Tim will handle the full range of employment law matters, with a particular focus on providing training to business and HR clients. Tim regularly speaks at seminars to audiences of HR and finance managers and most recently this week has presented at a workshop run by employee benefits consultants Origen in Woking.
