Penningtons welcomes new corporate tax specialist

Penningtons Solicitors LLP is delighted to announce that Sarah Cardew has joined the firm’s Business Services team as an associate. Sarah, who joins Penningtons from a City firm, is experienced in all areas of corporate and property taxes.

Sarah will be based in Penningtons’ Basingstoke office. She has acted on a wide variety of deals relating to business sales and acquisitions and advises on all aspects of tax in relation to property transactions.
