Our secretaries and business support teams – including business development, finance, HR and IT professionals – are a highly valued part of our firm. We look for flexible, motivated individuals. Secretarial experience is advantageous but not essential in order to join us as a secretary or PA. We provide training for all our people, regardless of previous experience. 

PA to chief executive and divisional head (6-12 months maternity cover contract), London
We are looking for an experienced PA to support the chief executive and head of our Business Services Division in the London office. This is a busy, full time role providing comprehensive diary management to these senior partners as well as support to other members of the management board. Other duties include drafting and maintaining partnership documents, arranging and attending some partner meetings, and taking minutes and liaising with partnership candidates, accountants and bankers. The ideal candidate will have previous experience as a PA at senior level in a law firm and will be familiar with partnership documents. Excellent IT skills using Word, Excel and PowerPoint are essential. The role requires someone who is highly organised, proactive, has excellent communication skills and maintains confidentiality.

Management accountant, Basingstoke
We are looking for a management accountant to join the finance team in Basingstoke. The ideal candidate will have a recognised accountancy qualification (ideallly ACA), be educated to degree level (minimum 2.2) and be a versatile team player with excellent spreadsheet skills. Experience of working in a legal firm and managing staff is essential.

Marketing coordinator/Database assistant (part time), Basingstoke 
We are looking for a marketing coordinator/database assistant to join the business development team to undertake a part time job share (two days per week) with the current post-holder who is returning from maternity leave in July. Although the role is based in Basingstoke, consideration will also be given to applicants wishing to work in our other offices in London, Cambridge, Godalming and Guildford. The main duties are data management and maintenance of the firm's contact relationship system, LexisNexis InterAction. Previous experience of InterAction is essential as is Tikit eMerge. Additional responsibilities include management, scheduling and implementation of email updates using our emarketing solution, eMerge and ReAction Server. The role also involves providing general marketing support to managers within the team. Good attention to detail is required, together with an ability to prioritise your workload.

Learning and development coordinator (part time), Godalming
The learning and development team has a vacancy for a part time coordinator to be based in the Godalming office. The role is for 21 hours per week (must be able to work on Fridays). Candidates should have previous experience of working in an administrative role, ideally in a professional office environment. Experience of organising events/training sessions would be advantageous.
